Group Fitness Class Schedule - Recreation

The Department of Campus Recreation and Wellness offers a variety of classes throughout the year, including Yoga, Cycling, Zumba, TRX, and more! Each class is led by certified instructors to help individuals of ALL fitness levels! Group Fitness classes are free of charge with your membership at Alumni Gym and the Johnson Center! Facilities are available for weight training, cardio training, functional training, and group fitness classes. Locker and shower facilities are also available. Spring Group Fitness Classes run from 1/27/20 through 5/8/20.

Group Fitness offers a range of class formats including cardiovascular, strength, dance, strength and conditioning, mind/body, and indoor cycling. Classes are offered in a motivating environment, and instructors adapt each class according to your need and skill level. Stanford Recreation and Wellness offers three different pass options available through the Group Fitness Program. The Cardinal Group Fitness Pass gives access to all non reservation-based drop-in classes at both the main campus and Redwood City; The Cardinal Cycling Group Fitness Pass gives access to all Cardinal Pass classes, plus reservation-based cycling classes. Admission to group fitness classes requires a GROUP FITNESS FLEX PASS or one time class pass. FLEX PASSES are available to Princeton University Students and Dillon Gym Members. At this time, yoga is free for all Princeton University students. Flex pass pricing and information can be found above under 'Buy a Flex Pass'. Plan a private group fitness class with friends, co-workers, and other groups. RecWell provides an instructor, space, and any necessary equipment. Each private group fitness class has a flat fee of $100/hour. An invoice will be sent after the event and can be paid via credit card or check. Groups can be up to 80 individuals. Group Fitness How to Participate Any active member of Campus Recreation or person with an active Guest Pass may participate in Group Fitness classes for no extra charge. Online registration is required and opens 25 hours prior to the start of the class.
